More than 800 performances to thousands of audience members within the last 8 years, these have been primarily in Metropolitan Melbourne & Regional Victoria, we also toured to Auckland NZ in 2013 & remote VIC, NSW & QLD during our SPARK the DARK Australia Tour 2019. Some of our highlights are: full house shows at the Melbourne Town Hall, Deakin Edge Federation Square and numerous regional Town Halls during the last 4 years as part of the annual Victorian Seniors Festival. Also very dear to our heart are the 3 birthdays of Ian, David and Dotty Jackson, all amazing inspiring septuagenarians, the joy experienced witnessing the ‘leaping Ian’ will remain one of our most beautiful astounding memories. Media: Interviewed 3 times on Joy FM and also; and invited to sing 3 times on 3AW with Philip Brady, one of these occasions was Philips 80th Birthday Celebration in June 2019. Production of our CD in 2018. Numerous local newspaper articles indicating where and when you can catch a show. Awarded by the 58th/32nd Infantry Battalion for our dedication & performances at their annual commemorative luncheons for the last 4 years, they have a continuous repeat booking with us, ongoing. We have done numerous military commemorations over the years, predominately in RSLs, we are always completely humbled to perform at these events, a few that particularly stand out are: The 2018 Victorians Ladies Legacy Annual Luncheon at Epping RSL and performing twice at the National Vietnam Veterans Museum (NVVM) Philip Island, initially for the 2018 NVVM Restoration Team 25th Anniversary Celebration and for 50yrs Commemoration in 2019 NVVM we procured the Audio Engineer and were part of a line up along with two other acts, from here we were booked by the Royal Australian Army Service Corps Vietnam Veterans Annual Commemoration at Philip Island RSL. We decided to purchase a plaque which now stands alongside hundreds of others at the NVVM it is dedicated to all the women who served in every capacity & to all the entertainers who performed for the troupes throughout the Vietnam War. Partnered with numerous entities to produce uplifting inclusive events, some of our highlights include; our Tour of Duty Show at Glenroy RSL, Park Lounge 2018 - Wyndham CC invited us to collaborate with them to create, procure talent, MC and promote the public outdoor Midsumma GO WEST event, our 2019 Arvo Melodies at Anthony St, in collaboration with Rotary, City of Melbourne & the Circolo Pensionati Italiani di Kensington. Recognised by Parade College Bundoora for our generosity & performances at the Parade Annual Community Action Xmas Luncheons for the last 7 years, these events are gifted by Parade College to the community, they provide lunch and entertainment for 30+ local care facilities, the audience is comprised of The Parade staff, VIPs and students, 250+ elderly, their carers and lifestyle staff. Each of these facilities are allocated a number of Parade students, the students visit their allocated facility throughout the year to build relationships with the residents, at the Xmas event the students celebrate with the residents by dancing with them & being their waiters. Development of new work; we are constantly creating bespoke cabaret shows and events for our clients and specific target groups, such as our PANDORAS events, which started out as ‘a beautiful evening of entertainment for queer women & friends’. These events ran monthly for 12 months during 2016, they featured (predominately) queer female-identifying performers from a diverse array of genres, we provided a safe, inclusive, warm friendly supportive professional stage & social gathering for the LGBTI+ community in the inner western suburbs of Melbourne. Some of our highlights were hosting; Wendy Stapleton performing her ‘Dusty’ Show, ‘The Seat of Narcissa’ a play by Sofia Chapman, performance by Vardos, and Beccy Cole supported by Libby O’Donovan performing her ‘Sweet Rebecca Tour Show’, and being part of Midsummas Pride March on a Retro Firetruck! Positive reviews and testimonials are evident by our repeat business, word-of-mouth referrals and dedicated audience. Some of our highlights are; the Rainbow Wedding: The Beautiful Brides met us at Pride March, they attended our PANDORAS events and then booked us to MC and perform at their wedding, they had been together for 36 years, we performed 5 sets, each set-list was like a mini-musical, each with a specific costume change and reflective of the clients very particular brief. Our NYE events are also highlights; Pascoe Vale Gardens Retirement Village booked us 4 years in a row, they would have continued but we felt we needed to share the joy, so last year we headed to Brookfield Lifestyle Village, who had requested us the year before. We love performing for Retirement Villages for NYE as they are fun, grateful, respectful audiences, we get to perform a huge variety of top party hits from the 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, we create 4 sets to build the momentum of the night, but we also allow for ‘rest’ songs as we are aware our audience need to pace themselves.
